I co-organize the Women in Soil Ecology network (WiSE) along with six other early-career women and two academic faculty members. WiSE seeks to connect women soil scientists of all career stages and sectors around the world by providing a welcoming community in which to network, share ideas and skills, and mentor one another.

WiSE organizes virtual and in-person meetups, conference sessions, and skills workshops. WiSE also facilitates mentor-matching pairings and groups.
